The place is beautiful, traditional and cosy. Great atmosphere. Good service also. Clean bathroom. Although the food wasn’t as expected. A LOT of garlic (too much!!) in the salad (we ordered the insalata di manzo). I couldn’t even finish the dish. (And, for the description in the menu, there wasn’t ANYTHING that mentioned garlic). Not only that, the color of the meat didn’t seem normal for me. It was too purple; not red. Not fresh.

I liked the food and the staff was very kind, the interior is attractive with its originality. By and large, everything was not bad, exactly until a few more tables sat around us. If you want to eat and socialize in peace, then this place is not worth choosing, as the noise was so loud that I had to practically shout for my boyfriend to hear me, sitting opposite me. Maybe it’s the acoustics of the building or the too dense arrangement of tables, I don’t know, but I find it a great discomfort not to be able to just communicate calmly.

Lekker ice koffie. 👌Cannoli and ice cream wasn’t as tasty as I expected. It is possible to find cute gift packages for special occasions.

Great staff. Servings is slightly on the small side. When they mean klein...they sure do. But the food is great. Appetizers meatballs and shrimp is good. The steak salad is amazing.

Waiting for a long time, for the perfect moment, to visit this place. Didn't go quite as I was expecting. Coffee was ok, nothing much to say about it. Same goes for the service, even though new staff was being trained at that moment and we got only one separate plate (we were 2), but they do have to learn - so it's understandable. Everyone was friendly and fast. Went for lunch and ordered one of those meals to share "get the Italian culinary experience". Not impressed - is an understatement. The tomato soup was quite difficult to eat, the "hot" food was barely warm, the grilled vegetables were soggy, cold, and had that "fridge" after taste. The meat and cheese were... let's say I've had much better. The bruschetti let me down as well - the tomatos lacked quality and the topping mix was generally bland. The mini sandwiches were ok - the only items we have actually finished. Before going in, I was planning to go all the way through dessert too. Unfortunately, the less than average experience changed my mind. Having said that, I still want to give them another chance. Maybe they were just having "one of those days", and judging by the reviews - my experience should've been completely different. So I'll return and give it another go.

We were here for lunch on a Sunday late afternoon, the service was real slow. The food was average. I got a half piece of bread with my paddenstoelen soep : which by itself was not great. Husband got a panini : not bad, My friend ordered a vegetarian lunch menu, which tasted okay. What annoyed us was when we ordered the extra bread, it never made it to the table. We had to ask three of the staff to finally have that bread, which again wasn't great. To fuel it, the hostess was unwilling/standoffish/ rude which eventually made us decide not have the coffee and dessert as planned. We found a cute cafe which had better people
